Inquiry/Order Request Form

Thank you for your interest in using Austyntatious Events. In order to help service your event needs, or to make sure you get your customized charcuterie board, please fill out and submit this inquiry/order request form.

Once submitted, you should expect to receive an email with a customer agreement to be e-signed via Docusign and returned, followed by an invoice for payment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the agreement and invoice to be sent to you.

DISCLAIMER

All invoices and deposits must be paid within 48 hours of the invoice being sent, otherwise the order is not valid and subject to cancellation, unless proper notice has been effectively communicated.

Please note that all orders and inquiries must be placed within 72 hours of the event date to ensure proper service. Any and all rush orders (less than 72 hours within the event date) will be subject to an additional 15% fee. All rush orders are subject to availability.

No refunds will be refunded once payment has been made. However, we can reschedule to a future date for no extra charge if proper notice is given at least 72 hours in advance.

Delivery Info: We deliver to 78258 & 78260 zip codes free of charge. Deliveries in Alamo Heights, Shavano Park and New Braunfels, TX will be charged an additional delivery fee based upon distance. All deliveries are subject to availabily. Drop off/pick up locations for all orders not listed previously, will be arranged once order is confirmed.

First responders and active or retired military service members will receive a 10% discount on all products and services.
